Having looked at the videos posted from the blog session I have noticed that my posture isn't great. When I looked at my feedback video I was sat down curled over. I realise now this isn't good for my spine and could lead to later problems in life. A way to tackle this is to sit up against the wall and feel just how stacked my spine is. I then will sit away from the wall and Capture that same feeling. I think for me I have to actively think about sitting up and keeping a straight spine.

Any imagery I could use to help me with this?
I have this problame too! I don't know how to slove it but maybe we could start to work on it together and it can help go towards our body storys
